Step 1 - Enquiry

Step 2 - Viewing
- Attend your appointment with one of our viewings officers’. If you like what you see, take an application before you leave.
Step 3 - Application
- Complete your application and provide all the documents and information requested. Examples include, photographic ID, current landlord information and employee information. Submit your application with the documents to speed up the process.
Step 4 - Move in!
- Sign your contract, collect your keys and paperwork and move straight in! We will register you with the relevant council tax, utilities and register your deposit so you can focus on making your new house a home!
