Step 1 - Enquiry

Step 2 - Viewing
- Attend your appointment with one of our viewings officers. Like what you see? Take an application on the spot.
Step 3 - Application
- Complete your application and provide documents which are requested. Basic examples will be ID, and bank statements. (To be provided within 7 - 10 days)
Step 4 - Move in!
- Sign your contract, collect your keys and paperwork and move straight in. We will register your deposit with the protection scheme and move you in with Council Tax and Utilities so you can focus on making your new house a home!
