As we, along with the rest of the world, face the ongoing challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic brings, our overriding priority is to support our customers and offer guidance at this uncertain time.
We are working hard to ensure that all of the services that you rely on remain in place, but some of our services will need to change during the current situation and if you or someone in your household is in self-isolation.
Our office on Linthorpe Road will be closed in accordance with the government’s orders, we will remain closed until further notice.
In light of the latest announcement regarding the stay-at-Home Order we are unable to conduct/ organise any accompanied or Unaccompanied viewings at this time. Once the strict regulations are lifted we will be able to go back to doing viewings, however their will be more precautions taken to safe guard our customers and staff. Home owners who do their own viewings will of course have the right to accept or decline any viewings at any time.
We are continuing to track sales progression and deliver updates, it is inevitable that the current situation will cause a delay with completion dates on sales that have recently began but we have spoken to many local solicitors and many of them have reassured us that they are continuing to work at home. However we do advise you to ring your own case handler to get specific information about how they are handling your case.
