I wanted to give a 6-star however Google only allows 5 stars at most. NS Estates is the best agent for sure. They warmly helped me a lot during the whole process. The whole thing was super easy and quick, every staff was approachable, kind and professional, they responded amazingly fast too! NS Estates go beyond and above when it comes to customer care. I can not thank them enough for the additionally kind help because this is the first time for me renting a property in the UK as an international student who knew nothing about the house renting stuff in the UK. Nasir and Amelia even helped me set up my council tax and utility bill accounts, they also gave me a lot of useful advice. They might do not know how significant the help was to me, I felt like the UK is more like home to me. Leanne was super kind and professional too when helping me get my deposit back. NS Estates is incredibly marvellous, I'd recommend them to everyone. My experience with them is rather dreamy! We need more kind people like them in this world. x

Nasir and the team at NS Estates have got to be one of the best teams in estate agency and property management we have ever dealt with.
